Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Availability of Installation
Installation services are subject to schedule availability. While we strive to meet all requested dates, timing may vary due to operational constraints.
2. Non-Refundable Installation Date Requests
Once a customer requests or confirms an installation date, the service becomes strictly non-refundable. This ensures fair allocation of time slots and efficient scheduling.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Waiting Policy
3.1 No-Show & Same-Day Cancellations
No-show or cancellations made on the day of installation (without prior notice) will incur a S$150 rescheduling fee.
3.2 Waiting Time
Our installation team will wait a maximum of 30 minutes at the location.
If the customer is still unavailable after this period, the appointment will be deemed a no-show, and the S$150 rescheduling fee will apply.
3.3 Advance Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel in advance, please notify us as early as possible for smoother arrangements.
4. All Sales Final
All transactions are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be revoked or refunded except as stated in this policy.
5. Transaction Fees for Approved Refunds
In the rare situations where a refund is approved:

Standard payments: 3.5% + S$0.50 fee

Atome or Grab payments: 6% + S$0.50 fee
These fees cover non-recoverable payment gateway charges.
Payments made via Atome or Grab incur a platform fee of 6.0% + $0.50, which is added to the standard processing fee of 3.5% + $0.50 at checkout.
6. Price Match & Price Difference Policy
We do not offer price matching for any products or services.
Due to the nature of promotions and varying campaign periods, we do not provide refunds, credits, cancellations, or compensation related to:

Price drops after purchase

New or upcoming promotions

Bundle offers or limited-time discounts
-
Differences between showroom and online prices

Third-party retailer or competitor pricing
All purchases are final at the price paid at the time of transaction.
7. CDC & Climate Voucher Policy
We strictly do not assist, facilitate, or allow any cash-out, refund, or reversal of purchases made using CDC Vouchers or Climate Vouchers.
Such actions are illegal, and we reserve the right to decline any related request.
8. Exceptions
In exceptional cases — such as technical issues or operational errors on our end — refund requests may be evaluated case by case.
9. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
10. Refund Processing (If Approved)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
