Delivery Details
- We deliver island-wide across Singapore, Monday to Saturday.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
- For large appliances (washing machines, laundry systems), our team will coordinate a delivery slot with you.
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery. A S$150 no-show fee will be charged if no one is available at the scheduled time.
Installation Services
Professional installation is available for select products such as water purifiers and laundry systems. Installation fees vary by product — you can add installation during checkout or contact us for a quote.
