Absolutely love this drying rack! Have been using for ~2 months, so far no issues. I was looking for a rack without the uv heat/ wind and this one from Nereos is the only one that has the double helix which provides extra support and stability, especially during windy days, it doesn’t sway much. Price is reasonable too! Salesperson Kenny is really nice and patiently answered all my queries. Would definitely recommend this drying rack to anyone!

Having made this purchase without even seeing the physical device, I have to give props to Sales person Kenny, who was very patient in answering all my questions via Whatsapp. Eventually, I took the leap of faith to purchase and after having Kyson X installed for a few months now, I am happy to say that it is working out very well for my family. The device looks simple yet slick, has all the practical features and remote controller is easy to navigate with. Price point was pocket friendly too. I was accompanying my friend to their showroom for their drying rack and was attracted by their water dispenser myself due to its sleek design. Beside I also trust my friend's choice on brand since she always does very thorough research!
The sales person Kenny was very helpful in intro all the features and follow-up sales services. The installation staff is also very professional, conducted all the drilling, piping, volume adjustment, cleaning up in a very neat and efficient way.
This water dispenser comes with 3 different hot temperatures, room temperature and ice option + volume specification. Can just leave your mugs cups there without worrying water spill. With all these features, it comes with a very very competitive price tag than other products in the market. Worth it.

The metal finish feels durable, though it’s a bit heavier than plastic racks. Overall, it’s reliable for everyday laundry needs.
Haven’t test dryer to the fullest yet but our installer Stephan was excellent. We had troubles with measurements, scared kena out lights, dryer and fan. So he measured and extended the electricals himself to make sure the dryer works extended in our space.

Functions are easy to use and the icons helped as well on the remote control. The small hangers very useful for small items like socks and hand towels. No need any clothes pegs.
Very easy to operate and has the basic hot, normal and cold water function, plus adjustable volumes that suits different needs. Love it!
