Nereos Undersink Water Purifier — All Black Edition
Pure, safe water at five precise temperatures — with advanced UV sterilisation, PP tubing, and certified filtration.
Overview
The Nereos Undersink Water Purifier (All Black Edition) is a compact, tankless system that delivers pure, great-tasting water at five precise temperatures.
Combining UV sterilisation, multi-stage filtration, and heat-resistant PP (Polypropylene) tubing, it ensures every drop of water is clean, safe, and ready on demand.
With its matte-black finish and under-sink design, it keeps your countertop sleek while maintaining high standards of hygiene and performance.
Key Benefits
1. UV Sterilisation Technology
Before water reaches the filtration system, it passes through a UV sterilisation chamber that neutralises up to 99.9999% of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and protozoa.
This technology sterilises the water directly — not the tubing or internal water paths — ensuring every drop dispensed is microbiologically safe and clean.
2. Instant Multi-Temperature & Volume Dispensing
Enjoy instant, on-demand water dispensing with five precise temperature settings (25 °C, 45 °C, 65 °C, 85 °C, 100 °C) and four selectable volume options (150 ml, 230 ml, 300 ml, 500 ml) — no waiting or reheating required.
Perfect for preparing coffee, tea, instant noodles, baby formula, or dispensing the exact amount of refreshing ambient water, every time.
3. Tankless & Hygienic Design
The tankless direct-flow design ensures water is never stagnant, reducing the risk of bacterial growth.
4. 4-Stage Composite Filtration with Nano Pre-Filtration (Optional 5-Stage Alkaline Version)
Before UV sterilisation, the Nereos system uses an advanced Nano Filter to remove fine sediments, heavy metals, bacteria, microplastics, and organic compounds, ensuring only the cleanest water enters the UV chamber.
The standard 4-stage composite filtration includes:
-
Sediment Filter – Removes visible impurities such as dust, sand, and rust.
-
Activated Carbon Filter – Eliminates chlorine, odours, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
-
Nano Filter – Captures microscopic contaminants, bacteria, and heavy metals for high-precision purification.
-
Post-Carbon Filter – Polishes and improves taste.
For those who prefer alkaline water, the system can be upgraded to a 5-stage filtration setup, adding an Alkaline Mineral Filter that balances pH and enriches the water with beneficial minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
Combined with UV sterilisation, this process ensures water is exceptionally pure, safe, and refreshing, with the option to enjoy alkaline benefits.
Because the Nereos system is tankless, water is filtered and dispensed instantly on demand, keeping it fresh with zero stagnation.
5. PP (Polypropylene) Tubing — Heat-Resistant and Safe
The Nereos uses PP tubing, known for its rigidity and high heat resistance (melting point ~160–163°C).
Unlike LDPE, PP offers better temperature endurance and structural stability, making it ideal for hot-water applications.
It is food-grade safe and commonly used in bottle caps and food piping, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
6. Smart Filter Indicator
Built-in filter life indicators alert you when it’s time to replace filters, maintaining consistent water quality and performance.
7. Hot Water Child Safety Lock
Equipped with a dedicated child safety lock for hot water dispensing, preventing accidental burns and ensuring safe use in households with children.
8. Quiet, Energy-Efficient Operation
The system heats and cools water only when dispensing, keeping power consumption and noise levels low.
9. Sleek, Unified All-Black Aesthetic
The elegant matte black finish extends across both faucet and under-sink unit, creating a refined, modern look that blends seamlessly with any kitchen design.

How It Works
1. UV Sterilisation First
Incoming mains water passes through a UV chamber, neutralising harmful microorganisms with germicidal UV-C light.
2. Pre-Filtration & Filtration
Water flows through sediment, carbon, nano, and post-carbon filters (plus alkaline stage if installed) to remove impurities and enhance taste.
3. Temperature Conditioning & Dispense
Filtered water flows to heating and cooling modules, reaching your selected temperature before being dispensed.
The tankless system ensures every cup is freshly purified and dispensed immediately.

Yes – complimentary installation is provided with every purchase of the Nereos purifier. A trained technician will set up the unit, connect it to your water supply, and perform an initial flush of the filters. They will also provide a basic demonstration to ensure you know how to use it.
Note: We do not cover modifications to your main water inlet; that must already be in place. Our service involves tapping into an existing tap/faucet line.
How long does installation take?
Typically about1 hour, including setup, connection, testing, and a brief usage overview.
Is drilling required?
your consent before drilling a small hole (about 3.8cm). The process is neat, quick, and will not compromise your countertop’s structural integrity.
What if I move homes later?
The purifier isnot permanently fixed, so you can relocate it. If you wish, our technicians can uninstall and reinstall it for you at your new address (a service fee may apply). Remember to update your warranty registration details as well.
What is the warranty period?
Your Nereos purifier is covered by a standard 1-year warranty, which includes onsite service for manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
What does the warranty cover?
- Parts and labor for any mechanical or electrical defects.

Maintenance & Care
How often should I replace the filters?Filter replacement is recommendedevery 12 months or 3,600 litres, whichever comes first, depending on your water usage and water quality. The system is equipped with afilter replacement indicatorto notify you when it’s time to change the filters, ensuring optimal performance and water quality at all times.
Can I change the filters myself?
Yes. The Nereos filter cartridges are designed for easy DIY replacement—often a twist-and-lock or push-in design. After installing new filters, flush the system to clear residual carbon dust. If you’d rather have a technician do it, a service fee may apply outside of warranty coverage.
Does it need regular cleaning?
Minimal routine care is needed thanks to its tankless design:
- Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth.
- Empty and rinse the drip tray.
- Periodically clean the dispensing nozzle.
No additional servicing is usually required unless a specific issue arises.
Is it energy-intensive?
No, it’s engineered for energy efficiency. The hot water heats instantly only when needed, and the cold water uses a semiconductor cooling system with low standby power usage.
Should I power it off if I’m away?
For short trips, you can leave it plugged in and just flush some water upon return. For extended periods (weeks or months), switch off the unit and shut the water valve. When you reactivate it, flush out any stale water and consider changing filters if they’re near end-of-life.
Product Features & Technical Details
Tubing Material
Our dispenser uses PP (Polypropylene) tubing, a strong, heat-resistant material with a melting point of ~160–163°C, providing greater durability compared to LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), which melts at ~105–115°C. PP is stiffer and more temperature-resistant, making it ideal for hot water applications. It is naturally opaque or translucent, and commonly used in food-grade piping, bottle caps, and automotive components due to its reliability and safety.
Dispensing Temperature Ranges
- Hot: Up to ~95°C — perfect for coffee, tea, or instant noodles.
- Warm: Adjustable warm settings between ~45–65°C — ideal for baby formula or mild beverages.
- Ambient: Room-temperature filtered water for everyday hydration.
Safety Feature
- Child Safety Lock: Yes — built-in protection prevents accidental dispensing of hot water.
Smart Indicators
- Filter Replacement Indicator: Notifies you when it’s time to change the filters, ensuring optimal water quality at all times.
UV Sterilisation Technology
Equipped with the latest UV sterilisation system that provides up to 99.9999% microbial inactivation, delivering the highest level of water disinfection.
This technology sterilises the water directly, ensuring safe and clean drinking water — without affecting the tubing or internal water pathways.
What are the filtration stages?
A 5-stage system:
- Sediment Filter – Removes rust, dust, and larger particles.
- Pre-Carbon Filter – Absorbs chlorine and organic chemicals, improving taste and odor.
- Ultra Nano+ or Equivalent – Blocks bacteria and microscopic impurities (~0.001 microns).
- Mineral Filter – Reintroduces beneficial minerals for healthier, tastier water.
- Post-Carbon Filter – Polishes water to remove any lingering odors or by-products.
How does Micro Radiance Technology benefit me?
Micro Radiance Technology provides:
1-second heat-up: Eliminates the 3–5 second delay found in older tankless models.
- Fast flow rate: Water doesn’t trickle slowly, reducing wait time.
- Minimal temperature loss: Only ~2–3°C drop from dispenser to cup, ensuring more consistent hot water.
Micro Radiance Technology is an intelligent system built into the Nereos purifier that learns your daily water-drinking habits and adapts automatically. For example, if you always make a 95°C coffee at 7 AM, the purifier will pre-heat in advance to deliver hot water instantly at that time. If you like a cold drink in the evening, it can adjust its cooling cycle accordingly. All of this happens in the background, so you barely notice—except that you get your water at the perfect temperature every time, with minimal waiting. Over a few weeks, the system becomes “smarter” about anticipating your preferences, saving energy and time, and turning your purifier into a personalized, user-friendly appliance that fits seamlessly into your routine.
